The industrial section organizes an expansion meeting for middle-level and above cadres

        From October 10th to 11th, 2015, a group of 24 cadres above the deputy manager level of the industrial sector organized a two-day and one-night outreach meeting in Cicheng Lvye Villa.

         With the theme of "consensus, progress and win-win", the conference first broke the ice through a one-day extended training method, and then co-created through group discussion and brainstorming.

         This meeting combined Fangli’s current internal and external challenges and opportunities as well as the company’s short- and medium-term development goals, through interaction and co-creation, to discuss the current company’s main lines of development. Finally, we sorted out the issues at the strategic (planning) level, the implementation level, and the management level, and brainstormed solutions in groups at the meeting site. At the same time, under the auspices of Mr. Fang and Mr. Wang, the cadres at the conference communicated and discussed current affairs policies such as sponge cities, underground pipe networks, and TPP in combination with national policies.
